Well, that’s a pretty big question, but I’ll try to keep this short.
I was always an athlete growing up, but I’ve had my struggles over the years both with fitness and nutrition. I’ve found that what works for some people, doesn’t work for others and vice versa. But through it all, I’ve fallen in love with fitness and it has become my lifestyle. This doesn’t mean I spend 3 hours in the gym per day and never take a day off. Instead, it’s a balance of some of my favorite things: working out and craft beer, cauliflower oats and desserts.
I am currently employed in a corporate wellness facility where I personal train, teach group exercise classes, supervise recreational sports leagues, and organize incentive programs for the employees. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. I’m also a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor.
What I do for the employees I see every day is what I would like to do for you as well. I want to provide you with information and resources to assist you in living a healthy lifestyle. I want to give you an outlet to ask questions. Most importantly, I want to help you achieve your health and fitness goals and create you own fitness lifestyle.
